A stress-free trip

Arrival and departure

For a worry-free arrival, check-in is possible from 2:00 pm to midnight. On the day of departure, our check out time is 10:30 am.

Almost everything is ready

Booking conditions

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. For bookings made via our website, 30% of the total stay will be charged. For reservations made by email, the deposit corresponds to the cost of one night.

On holiday with babies

Special attention for the little ones

We love family vacations: children always bring joy and special moments. For the little ones, we are delighted to provide a crib upon request for a small supplement of €35 per night, to make their stay even more comfortable and peaceful for everyone.

Avoiding unpleasant surprises

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is simple and transparent. For cancellations within 15 days of your arrival date, we will retain your deposit but convert it into a voucher to be used at our property within one year of its creation. For cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date, however, the full booking amount will be charged. A holiday is truly for everyone

Pets

We love our little four-legged friends too! They are welcome in the hotel and can access all areas except the restaurant and wellness area. We ask that you advise us about your pet at the time of booking. A €25 final cleaning fee applies.

Settle your bill easily

Payment methods

For reservations made through the website, a credit card is required as a guarantee. At the hotel, the balance can be paid using your preferred payment method.
