Pleasure is not only experienced by skiing on perfectly prepared slopes, or admiring the panorama of Latemar immersed in a whirlpool, but also by stimulating the taste buds… a pleasure that involves body and soul.

The cuisine of Hotel Scoiattolo offers a wide range of homemade products, a complete breakfast buffet, a choice of menus for dinner with typical specialities and selected products, and above all many tasty surprises to cheer up afternoons and evenings… you will have to find these out by visiting us!

Our Proposals

Our menu of the day includes four different proposals for appetizer, first and second courses. At least one of the options is always a typical Trentino dish.

Homemade

For the making of our dishes we largely use local ingredients and follow centuries-old recipes and traditions. Cakes, jams, croissants are cooked every day to delight you with authentic sweetness.

We use a lot of organic ingredients, that’s a lifestyle we love to share with our guests.

Coeliac Disease

The menu offers gluten-free dishes like every restaurant for people who suffer from celiac disease. We ask our guests to inform us of any special requirements when booking.

Our restaurant is partner of the network certified by the Associazione Italiana Celiachia (Italian Coeliac Association).

Morning is an important moment for many people, during the morning you decide the fate of the whole day! For this reason at breakfast we take care of every detail, working hard to give you the most various and complete first meal possible and give you the energy to discover the Val di Fiemme. The homemade cakes will catch your sleepy eyes, followed by jams, freshly baked bread, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs …

Enjoy a creamy freshly roasted coffee, a cup of tea or infusion after a day of skiing, cocktails with friends: our well-stocked bar is available to satisfy all needs. Every day from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.
